G-20Y Summit International Organizing Committee structure

The IOC is built of:

1). Businessmen Assembly(an advisory body to the Chair, is build of different countries representatives, shares the responsibility for promotion of G-20Y Summit values among businessmen in their respected countries)

2). Chair(coordinates the IOC work and is responsible for the cooperation with national G20 governmental offices, exercises his/hers duties in accordance to the IOC interests, implements IOC decisions)

3). Administration(primary objective is the organization of the G-20Y Summits (logistics, participants, sponsor, media cooperation, cooperation with the host city and country services, protocol and other areas)

For the last 6 years Ksenia has been the President of the International Youth Diplomacy League NGO.

Back in 2005 she invented the idea and the concept of the G8 Youth Summit and consequently chaired the organizational committee of the first G8 Youth Summit in Saint-Petersburg in 2006, 2007 - in Berlin, 2008 - in Tokyo and 2009 in Milan. During 6 years of this work she received invaluable experience of the international project management in 5 countries: Russia, France, Japan, Germany and Italy.

Ksenia is now in charge of the G-20-Y Summit International Organizing Committee. She held a Master degree from the School of International Relations, Saint-Petersburg State University and is now preparing her PhD dissertation, that aims at redefining the role of the G-20 in global affairs.

Charles d' Anjou graduated from the University Paris II Pantheon-Assas with a degree in Management, and from the University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne/ENS (Ecole normale superieure) with a degree in Geopolics. He established his own company four years ago which works to develop international infrastructure markets.

Victor Philippenko has tremendous passion for finding new ways to build up highly effective teams and organize people to maximize their personal and professional potential.
Currently, he is a member of the Board of European Technologies Holding AG, a venture capital company focusing on technology sector investments.
During his last years, he was the CEO of an R&D company in the area renewable energy and worked as a consultant on assignments with clients across the world with a law and business consulting company based in Frankfurt.
He studied Economics in J.W.Goethe University and Business Law in University of Applied Science Frankfurt-am-Main. He speaks German, English and Russian.

Marianna is a recent graduate of the Berlin School of Economics and Law with the BA in Business Administration. During her years at the university she managed to combine both practical and theoretical approaches. While interning with the KPMG in 2007-2009 in Berlin, she continued her research on corporate finance and accounting. 
Her international experience include 1993 St. Petersburg Goodwill Games, work at the US TV Channel TBS (Turner Broadcasting System Inc.) and participation in the school exchange programme with Chicago, USA.

Marianna also holds Master degree in Informatics from the St. Petersburg State University of Information Technologies, Mechanics and Optics.

Justin is the owner of Toronto based Fashion line PH Scale Outfitters and has photography business.
Justin Palmer was born and raised in Toronto of two very entrepreneurially minded parents. Justin attended high school at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts. He currently now attends Humber College were he is in the Marketing diploma program. After completion of Humber’s Institute Justin has plans of studying Business Administration at Ryerson University.

Justin Palmer has experience in organizing committees such as the Toronto Mendelssohn Youth Choir Advisory and Committee Board, in such he had to organize and budget different events, trips and outings for the Choir.

Sophia Ghahhary is in her third year of completing a Double Honours Degree in Global Studies and Sociology. She attends the University of Wilfrid Laurier in Waterloo, Ontario. Throughout the past years Miss Ghahhary has been involved in the “Scientifically Yours” program at the University of Brock, Ontario. She was also a part of the organizing team for Iroquois Ridge High School World Vision's 30 Hour Famine. Sophia was involved in an environmental project that included working and participating in an environmental sustainability and reforestation project with the Fundacion Durika community in southern Costa Rica. Her latest volunteer position was working with the Halton Multicultral Council (NPO), LINC Language classes (ESL), local services and general help with integrating new landed immigrants into the local Canadian Halton Community.

Stas received a MA degree in International Relations from St. Petersburg State University.
Interested in politics and international relations he now plans to enter Oxford University in fall 2010.

Last year Stas took part in the Ford Motor Company Global Scholars programme and spent 4 months in spectacular Washington D.C. studying UN Millennium Development Goals and working for the World Federation of United Nations Associations. He now conducts research on the Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean policy of France while contributing to the work of the International Youth Diplomacy League.

Andrea Di Bartolomeo is a student of York University (B.A. Fine Arts - Musical studies). She is an active member in her community, having worked with many different organizations and charity groups. Andrea is affiliated with the Toronto and Canadian Arts and Entertainment Industry and works with some of Canada's leading Industry directors and talent.

After graduation at MBA Far Eastern University Philippines Jin has worked in financial firms and began his own businesses. Jin represents the new generation of young entrepreneurs in China and is ready to contribute to the development of his companies, his country and the whole world. He also plays an important role in some influential social organizations: he is a Chairman of China Finance Organization, Director of Relay China Association. Jin is also engaged in charitable foundations and has helped many poor children complete their education.

Robert Faidel holds a PhD from the WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and is a highly qualified specialist on the field of radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive production systems and Supply Chain Management (SCM). Due to the fact, that car producers are spread all over the world he has a enormous research expertise in the complex production networks and intercultural interaction worldwide. Robert has working experience at several major players of the German automotive industry at both sides: suppliers and car producers.
He combines his passion for entrepreneurship with his profession and takes responsibility for business development at a German company and supports start-ups also in new, promising technologies like nanotechnology.

Alison Sereda is currently completing an Honours Degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Middle Eastern Politics. She attends York University in Toronto, Ontario.

Alison participated in various international projects including the G8 Youth Summit, 2008 in Japan and 2009 in Italy. In addition to her studies and political interests, Alison has contributed to various environmental projects, participated in a special UN peace project for Darfur at the United Nations, New York City. She has done significant volunteer work in her local community with Big Brothers Big Sisters Org. as a Big Sister. In 2006, Alison was a delegate at the XIV International AIDS conference, assisting the Toronto Youth Force.

Lars holds a professorship in Business Administration and Decision Systems at the University of Applied Sciences, Frankfurt Main, Germany. He lectures in Finance, Financial Modeling and InstitutionalEconomics/Economic Analysis of Law.

His scientific interests comprise Information Economics, Project Finance and Development Aid Financing. After his PhD Lars worked as a consultant for corporate finance and strategy consulting at PwC, before he changed to an investment bank specializing in project and export finance, to build up a team of analysts for financial modeling. Lars holds a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Hagen, Germany.

For the recent 3 years Sergey Kudasov has been working  as an adviser to the Chairman of the Board of the bank “National Clearing Centre”. He participated in Annual Meetings of the World Economic Forum in Davos, in the European Economic Summits and in many other international forum in Europe, US and Asia. Sergey graduated from the Far Eastern State University with a diploma in journalism, for more than two decades has been working in the media in Russia and abroad. He started as a reporter of a local newspaper and eventually became in 2003 the deputy Chairman of the Board of the Russian Information Agency Novosti (RIA-Novosti).He worked in North and South Korea and in London. He was one of the top RIA-Novosti managers responsible for the PR and communication activity in Europe and US

Aleksey was a fellow at Ford Motor Company Global Scholars programme, he also worked for the Merrill Lynch Global Wealth Management division.
He contributed to the work of the UN as an intern at the UN HQ in 2007. Specialising in development, he is a constant participant of development-related conferences and a winner of several international competitions including the Russian leg of the International Public English-Speaking Competition.

Aleksey is interested in development, future studies and in his research represents ideas of the constructivist school of thought. He holds a BA in International Relations from St. Petersburg State University. He is also a G8 Youth Summit Alumni.

Konstantin Kunevich is currently completing his Masters in International Business at Saint Petersburg State University, Graduate School of Management. His outstanding academic results at his University gave him the opportunity to study business in HEC Paris, the best European Business School. 

Konstantin holds a Bachelor degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from St.Petersburg State Polytechnical University. He has huge work experience for Motorola, the world’s leading IT company, as an engineer and as a technical marketing manager.
