Accreditation process
1. Fax (e-mail in scanned form ) the letter of assignment to German Gorshkov (g20@g20ys.org). Each applicant should expect the confirmation letter of the accreditation. If you wish to inquire about the status of your application, call +7-909-955-07-40 or +7-916-294-91-39.
2. You can collect your media press pass on April 14th ,2010 starting from 04-00 pm local time at the G-20Y Summit Press-Centre in Toronto (2020-390 Bay St, Toronto, Ontario, Canada) tel.: +1 (416) 203-07-07, fax: +1 (416) 203-06-06.
3. Present the letter of assignment, two forms of valid ID (e.g., press card, work ID, driver's license, passport) and proof of media affiliation, if applicable, as specified under Accreditation Requirements.

Accreditation requirements
Media accreditation is strictly reserved for members of the press - print, photo, radio, TV, film, news agencies and online media - who represent a bona fide media organization. Accreditation will be granted upon presentation of valid press credentials including:
1. Completed accreditation form.
2. Letter of assignment on official letterhead of a media organization signed by the Publisher/Assignment Editor, Editor-in-chief or Bureau Chief, specifying the name and functional title of the journalist. Unsigned letters or e-mails will not be accepted. The letter should be addressed to Head of PR Department IOC G-20Y Summit German Gorshkov.
3. The letter and accreditation form (scanned document in jpeg or PDF format) can be submitted by to g20@g20ys.org.
4. Photocopy of a valid press card/work pass
5. Photocopy of passport/national ID card
6. Photo of an applicant for the accreditation.
Independent broadcast or film production companies are required to provide a letter from a broadcast organization or film distributor which has committed to air or distribute the work.
Status of Application: Please check your e-mail for messages informing you of the status of your application. If there are any problems with your application, you will be called. If you do not receive an email or a call within 30-days of your application, contact with PR Department IOC G-20Y Summit: +7-916-294-91-39 or +7-909-955-07-40.
